How do I set up a state credential?
  • Click for answer >
    • Log on to your account (please contact your account manager if you do not have the user name/password)
    • Close out the account alert
    • Select the Job Distribution Tab
    • Select the State Credentials Tab
    • A list of states that you do not have accounts will appear in the “State Credentials Required” box
    • Click on the blue globe, you will be redirected to the state job bank website
    • Enter the employer section of the website
    • Register as a new user completing the required information on the state job bank
    • After you receive confirmation that the account was successfully created go back to the AJE portal
    • On the AJE portal, record the contact name, email, telephone & user name and password that you used to create your state account
    • Click on the submit button
How do I update a state credential?

    • Log on to your account (please contact your account manager if you do not have the user name/password)
    • Close out the Account Alert
    • Select the Job Distribution Tab
    • Select the State Credentials Tab
    • Scroll down to the "Existing Credentials" box
    • A list of states that you currently have accounts will appear with your user name and password
    • Click on the blue globe, you will be redirected to the state job bank website
    • Log on to the state website using the user name and password listed on your AJE account *Very Important- if you change your user name or password please make sure you update your AJE portal to reflect the changes you made
    • Proceed to the employer /profile information section of the state website
    • Update all the employer/profile information to reflect your company’s contact information
    • Save all your changes on the state website
    • On the AJE portal, record the contact name, email, telephone & user name
    • Click on the submit button
